Support Environmental Analysis Zhejiang Venture Capital Development Strategies

As the "activator" of the high-tech industry and the "engine" of the economy development, the venture capital(VC) has great significance on a nation's economy. All the countries in the world, for the same reason, do their best to improve the development of VC. Zhejiang VC is relatively dropped behind of Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, the lag of VC restrict the economy development of Zhejiang, it's necessarily to accelerate the development of Zhejiang VC.First of all, through international and internal literature studying we discover that the development of VC industry in different countries takes in different ways, which prove such a fact that the development of VC industry cannot deviate from its supporting environment. Cultivation and construction of supporting environment is the basic premise of the booming development of VC, and is the precondition of building up the system of VC which can promote efficiently high and new technique industrialization and the economic and social development. Hence, this article through the empirical analysis of VC's supporting environment to study the measure of developing Zhejiang VC.Secondly, based on theoretical analysis and data demonstration, this article analyses the supporting function of VC's supporting environment, i.e. economic environment(EE), scientific and technological environment(STE), government supportive policies environment (GSPE) to the VC.Thirdly, the paper makes the cluster analysis and the factor analysis on EE, STE, GSPE and VC of Zhejiang, Beijing, Shanghai and so forth ten regional by the means of the software SPSS. Through factor analysis, after demarcating the supporting environment of VC to five core factors: the development level of economy(DLE), the development pattern of economy(DPE), the corporation leading STE(CLSTE), the government leading STE(GLSTE) and the government supportive policies synthesis level(GSPSL), the article brings forward 7 theoretical hypothesizes of the relationship between the five core factors and the VC. In succession, the paper uses the multiple regression analysis by the means of SPSS and the structural equation modeling(SEM) by the means of AMOS to prove these theoretical hypothesizes.Finally, based on the empirical research conclusions of NO.4 chapter, the paper concludes the methods of developing Zhejiang VC, that is, optimize EE, cultivate corporation leading STE and perfect GSPE. With reference to international and internal experience and in combination of Zhejiang current circumstances, the article comes up with suggestive consideration on how to optimize EE, cultivate corporation leading STE and perfect GSPE.
