Research On Farmers Increasing Income In Hunan Province

The key to resolve the problem of "Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers" is to ensure the increase of farmers’income that is an important indicator to determine the social process of the well-off society establishment on a whole level. Problems with overall income of the farmers, increase farmers’income is the only way for building a moderately prosperous society, a prerequisite for maintaining social stability, and promoting consumption and stimulate economic growth, improve farmers’ideological and cultural qualities and scientific and technological level tools. At present, China is comprehensively promoting the new rural construction.In this context,the problem of farmers’ income has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper gives a deep analysis of the current situation and issues related to farmers’income in Hunan Province, including the factor of restriction of increasing income. Based on the policies and measures about farmers’income increase taken both in China and foreign countries, this paper puts forward some steps about how to increase farmers’income, including improving the potential of the agricultural increase to enhance the function of "hematopoiesis", creating new management system about agriculture production to strengthen the income foundation, encouraging the labor transfer in a reasonable way to breed prop up new points of income growth., sticking to the policy of more giving and less receiving to really increase farmers’ income, and improving the service system of agriculture socialization to ensure the sustainable income growth.
