| Along with the information and technology industry and computer networks development, the Internet is becoming a very important tool. The use of computers and Internet users continue to increase, E-commerce is becoming the largest source of trade. Thailand government is encouraging SMEs to make extensive use of electronic shopping, in order to expand their trade and marketing scope. This thesis includes a comprehensive evaluation of:the current situation of e-commerce websites in Thailand, how to build a shopping site, evaluation model and an in-depth study of Thailand’s top ten websites for shopping.The main work includes,(1) In this paper, reading relevant literature on the basis of various author’s online shopping experience as well as, customers shopping on the site considering eight indicators, namely:information context, commodities, safety, technology, services, experience, the economic aspects and emotional aspects, and a further eight indicators expanded to24secondary indicators.(2) The design of questionnaire survey is divided into two types;①Expert questionnaire; selection of Thailand’s ten most popular shopping websites and evaluated then, as objects to be determined for each site evaluation of each order relation, that is based on the degree of importance of evaluation order.②Consumer surveys.(3) Use of rank correlation analysis method to determine the index weight, according to survey results obtained, evaluate the index for ten shopping website using comprehensive evaluation. On this basis of, some measures, suggestions and proposals. Firstly, to help Thai shopping website creators grasp the overall performance and operating conditions in order to create a more attractive customer’s shopping website. Secondly, in order to establish a new E-commerce model for websites to provide some reference and direction. Also for the network supervision departments, for their development of appropriate industry standards and norms to guide the development of electronic commerce also has important reference value. |
