| With the development and maturity of network technology and ecommerce,under the background of the financial crisis and the downturn of the market economy,the electronic barter model combining e-commerce and traditional barter has gradually developed.Electronic barter can clean up non-performing assets,effectively improve resource utilization,and promote the coordinated development of the real economy on the premise of ensuring its rational distribution.Although the current market background provides a broad space for the development of e-barter,problems such as the electronic barter market system is fragmented,lacking scientific and reliable barter program evaluation standards,barter transactions are chaotic,low success rate of barter and low satisfaction seriously hinder its development.From the perspective of barter market,this paper conducted research on B2 B enterprise,sort out and summarized the relevant researches in the field of barter,Based on the existing research and combining the actual situation of domestic barter,the status,characteristics and existing problems of barter market are analyzed.In-depth analysis and laid the research foundation.This article mainly researches the following two aspects:(1)Research on the design of the evaluation index system for barter scheme and the optimization of the indicators.First of all,from the perspective of the barter market,analyze the current status of the comprehensive evaluation of the barter plan,program features,and related influencing factors;Then established a barter plan evaluation system with 20 indicators from the two factors of barter resource characteristics and barter strength;Then,based on the rough set theory,a reduction method for the evaluation index of bargaining scheme is designed,a calculation method for improving the weight is proposed,an optimization method of the index system is constructed,and the objective weight of the evaluation index is determined;Finally,an example analysis was performed to demonstrate the method’s solution process,and the validity of the theoretical method was verified.The indicator system for barter scheme designed in this article is the first time in the field of electronic barter to evaluate barter scheme from the perspective of an indicator system,providing a theoretical basis for barter decisions and improving the scientificity and reliability of transactions.(2)Research on comprehensive evaluation method of barter scheme and design of evaluation prototype system.Based on the research on the comprehensive evaluation index system of barter scheme,through the research and analysis of TOPSIS,set pair analysis,and grey correlation analysis,and other theoretical methods,based on the barter reality,a gray-TOPSIS barter based on the improvement of contact vector distance is proposed.Comprehensive program assessment method;Then combined with the optimization method of the bargaining program evaluation index system,a comprehensive evaluation method is designed;Finally,the analysis of the method is performed in combination with the analysis of examples,and the analysis and comparison with the evaluation results of different methods are performed to verify the validity and scientificity of the method proposed in this paper,and a simple prototype system for comprehensive evaluation of barter scheme is designed,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the decision of barter evaluation.Through constructing the evaluation index system of barter scheme and proposing comprehensive evaluation method of barter scheme,this research can assist the barter platform to provide scientific and reliable evaluation results to barterers,and provide decision-making basis for barterers,which Improved barter efficiency and barter satisfaction.It not only enriches the theoretical research in the field of barter,but also has certain practical significance for standardizing the barter market and promoting the development of barter market. |
