Service is the core of express delivery enterprises in the process of operation,so in the fierce market competition,to seek development space,the most important thing is that the services provided by express delivery enterprises can meet and meet the needs of customers,after customers are satisfied with the service,it is expected to realize the profit growth of enterprises.Therefore,if Thailand Post wants to keep its advantage in the market,it should take the customer demand as the first,meet the customer demand,and make its own management strategy adjustment in the market according to the customer demand,so as to meet the customer demand to the greatest extent,and then seize the opportunity in the market competition.Therefore,it is necessary for Thailand Post to conduct an in-depth customer satisfaction study.First of all,this paper makes a survey and a brief overview of the basic situation of customer satisfaction,and also introduces the relevant results of customer satisfaction survey.After the analysis of customer satisfaction at home and abroad,the research object of this study is determined.Based on this,the theory of customer satisfaction evaluation and the index system of customer satisfaction test in the United States are studied in depth.At the same time,the theory is also used as the theoretical base station of this study.Then,it briefly summarizes the development process,basic development,market operation mode,market status,market competition environment and the advantages and disadvantages of the current development of Thailand Post.At the same time,combined with the development characteristics of Thailand Post,based on the customer satisfaction evaluation system of the United States,the index system of this study is established,and the index system is transformed into a questionnaire to carry out the research on the customer satisfaction of Thailand Post.Finally,through the statistics and analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the index weight is determined by the index percentage of the common degree of factor analysis method;then the customer satisfaction is calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.By comparison,the above two results are similar,which shows that this method is applicable to the evaluation of customer satisfaction;finally,the key to customer satisfaction is confirmed by partial least square regression method Factors,realize the enterprise in saving resources,put forward the improvement strategy to improve customer satisfaction.
