| With the rise and development of construction industry, migrant workers employment chance got improved significantly, but it also brings some migrant workers salary management problems, especially peasant workers wage arrears, not only seriously infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers, but also affected the social stability and harmonious development. But the problem of wage arrears for migrant rural workers has a long history, and there are complex social factors, to seek effective settlement mechanism, in order to better and faster to adapt to the needs of the socialist modern construction, promote the healthy development of harmonious socialist society and the national economy. This paper mainly studies the points:1. By in-depth investigation and analysis for current situation of management of migrant workers wages among domestic construction industry, it make a preparing adequately for study in arrears in payment of migrant workers in the construction field.2. In according to the comprehensive analysis for characteristics, harm and causes of arrears in wages of migrant rural workers in the construction field, it take a advantageous of constant improvement for the migrant wages system, finding out settlements to protect peasant labor rights and interests.3. By means of exploring the root causes of the phenomenon of arrears in wage of migrant rural workers in the construction field, making a specification management for the migrant workers salary from the source, not only embarking on external factors such as the legal system, credit system, solution mechanism of social security system, and self factors in the construction field. More importantly, it needs to search for the fundamental solution mechanisms by working on internal factors how to improve the comprehensive quality of migrant workers, exploit and utilize sufficiently the potential of rural migrant workers, which protect their own interests better. |
