Study On The Influence Factors Of Transformation Of Migrant Workers In Construction Industry Into Industrial Workers Based On Grounded Theory

In 2017,the state put forward Reform plan for the construction of industrial workers in the new era,which characterized the construction of industrial workers as a national strategy and provided support and guarantee.At the same time,with the standardization of the construction labor market and the promotion of prefabricated buildings,construction workers are bound to become the main labor force in the construction industry.China has a huge base of migrant workers.To help migrant workers transform into industrial workers,on the one hand,we can respond to the call of the state and form a team of industrial workers;On the other hand,it can also effectively solve the problem of upgrading and optimizing the labor structure.How to help migrant workers complete the transformation to industrial workers is an urgent problem to be solved.The traditional problems of migrant workers in the construction industry,such as failure to pay five insurances and one fund,failure to pay wages on time and in full,old age,low professional quality and poor physical condition,are still common in the current construction labor market.These problems have become factors that hinder the transformation of migrant workers into industrial workers.From a national perspective,there is no special policy to help migrant workers transform;The academic research conclusions and literature on the transformation of migrant workers are also insufficient.Therefore,the research on the obstacles to the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry into industrial workers has certain research significance and research value in response to the national call for the construction of industrial workers.This paper studied the transformation status of construction migrant workers in the current construction market,analyzed the supply quantity of migrant workers,the shortage status of migrant workers and the employment trend.And then discussed the factors hindering the transformation of migrant workers on the basis of the analysis.On the premise of these discussions,interviewed construction enterprises,labor companies,industrial workers and migrant workers,and explored the obstacles to the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry into industrial workers,established and analyzed the obstacles model of the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry into industrial workers.Based on the interview research method and grounded theory,the obstacles to the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry into industrial workers were obtained.Through the remaining interview data,the saturation,reliability and validity of the conclusions were verified,and five main categories were obtained: enterprise status,cost of living,treatment and welfare,self-quality and policy environment.Finally,according to the interview results and model analyzed results,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to promote the transformation of construction migrant workers into industrial workers.This paper adopted the methods of literature analysis and interview research to sort out the previous literature,collect the data and sort out the research,and made an interview outline according to these results,and then conducted interview research on different groups according to the interview outline.Finally,the grounded theory was used to sort out and analyze all the interview records.Combined with the current situation of the transformation of migrant workers,the theoretical basis and empirical research related to the transformation of migrant workers,the obstacle factor model of the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry into industrial workers was established.Based on the analysis of the model,this paper puts forward the countermeasures that can promote the transformation of migrant workers into industrial workers,so as to speed up the industrialization process of construction migrant workers,and provided some theories and suggestions for the transformation of construction migrant workers in the future.
