Survey And Research On Popularization And Innovation Of Agricultural Skills In Ruanjiang City Of Hunan Province

By using the method of discussion and visiting, we went to some units in Yuanjiang city to carry out special investigation on agro-technical popularization system issues, and obtained first-hand information so as to fully grasp the historical evolution, present situation, achievements as well as existing problems of agro-technical popularization system. Through referring to the literature and consulting the experts, we have known more about the dynamic and developing trend of agro-technical popularization system, both in the domestic and overseas.Based on the current situation and existing problems of the Yuanjiang agro-technical popularization system, some innovative ideas, principles and strategies of agro-technical popularization system were proposed, which adapted to the new changes and new requirements of the main body and the operation mode of agriculture, met the requirements of the agro-technical demand for the starting point, and combined with the achievements and actual situation of Yuanjiang city.It also focused on the aspect of system, mechanism and methods to foster innovation by three entry point. To optimize agro-technical popularization system,it can cooperate with six models:cooperation,diversity as well as improving peasants’ characters at the same time.
