Basic pension insurance for enterprise retirees is the focus of social security expenditure which is directly related to enterprise retirees level of living. Pension for enterprise retirees widening gap phenomenon has become a growing concern. In the thesis which analyze the enterprise employees pension mostly based on the impact of individual factors on pension quantitative aspects of analysis, and is relative with limitations.So this paper is under the realistic conditions:the large-scale of enterprise retirees and the expading of pension difference, and did individually and overall quantitative analysis which based on various factors that impact the pension, The impact of these factors on pensions are the key of this paper.First of all, this paper describes the background, purpose and meaning of the analyse, and associated literature summary. Start from the article’s research background, significance and research status, then puts forward the thesis research methods and ideas, as well as the existing of research’s potential innovation and inadequacies.Secondly, the relevant concepts of the enterprises workers’pension and the theory basis. This section focuses on the related concepts of enterprise employee pension insurance system as well as employee pension insurance system’s theory basis and development process, which is in order to lay the theoretical foundation of this article.Once again, Describes data sources, confirmed the data’s analyzability by verification. Quantitative analysis divided those influencing factors of the enterprise pension into Internal and external factors. Internal factors:age, gender, status, working years. External factors:number of retirement years, number of payment years, the actual number of payment years, the category of retirement, normal retirement or early retirement. The paper did quantitative analysis to each internal factors to observe the affection of the results, and use t-statistics and Durbin-Watson statistic inspection to verify the reliability of measurement results.Afterwards, considered internal and external factors of the pension into two integral, and do the overall quantitative analysis and comparison, to observe the intensity which the internal and external factors affect on the pension gap. Through the compare, the impact of external factors on pensions are more apparent than the internal factors. Then consolidation internal and external factors, as a whole, do the quantitative analysis to them.via the results, we can see the positive or negative impact which the various factors did on the pension.Finally, this paper draw conclusions to the differences in pension for enterprise retirees, according to the results of quantitative analysis,then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the base of empirical analysis.
