With the rapid development of society, people speed up the pace of life. Pressure of modern people, reach to unprecedented heights. If we can’t release this high pressure, the body, mind and behavior of people will produce a series of abnormal behavior, such as depression, apathy, body fatigue, reduced work enthusiasm and efficiency, etc., it will gradually become a kind of tired aversion to the work. This kind of tired feeling, we call it "Job burnout".The purpose of this paper is to verify in IT companies, organizational justice affects job burnout negatively; discusses the relationship between POS and job burnout; discusses the intermediary role of POS between organizational justice and job burnout; and provide relevant suggestions for IT companies.This paper uses questionnaire method, the sample derive from the technical employee of IT companies, mainly concentrated in Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Yangzhou, etc.,265valid questionnaires were received. This paper use SPSS16and EXCEL statistical software for sample analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis, etc.The conclusion of this paper are:in the IT companies, organizational justice has a significant positive effect on POS; organizational justice have a significant negative impact on job burnout; POS has a significant negative impact on job burnout; POS plays the mediating role between organizational justice and job burnout.
