With the development of society,our living material level is constantly improving,and our sense of happiness is also increasing.However,some surveys showed that job burnout is gradually becoming a common phenomenon in our work.Job burnout will not only bring negative impact on individuals,reduce the efficiency of employees,influence our physical and mental health,but also hinder the development of enterprises and affect the social stability.Therefore,exploring the phenomenon of job burnout,analyzing the causes ofjob burnout and finding ways to solve it have become hot issues in business management,psychology and other related disciplines.As an important enterprise organization to stabilize the economic development of our country,bank employees' job burnout also needs to be paid attention to.In recent years,due to the intensification of competition in the financial industry and the awareness of risk prevention and control,banks have formulated measures to promote their development.In the process of development,some employees are burnout because they cannot adapt to the changes,which has a negative impact on the human resources management of enterprises.Therefore,formulating management countermeasures to solve the problem of employee burnout has become one of the important tasks of banks.In this context,this paper took the Construction Bank JN Branch as an example,and explored the phenomenon ofjob burnout of employees of the Construction Bank JN Branch through empirical research.By discussing the personal factors represented by demographic variables,personality and self-esteem,and the organizational factors represented by work pressure and organizational justice,this paper described the phenomenon ofjob burnout of the employees of the Construction Bank JN Branch by descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.According to the actual situation of the Construction Bank JN Branch,this paper also analyzed the causes of job burnout of employees from both the individual side and organizational side.Finally,according to various reasons,practical suggestions were put forward to solve the problem ofjob burnout of employees in Construction Bank JN Branch.The results of this paper showed that:(1)Job burnout was common and serious among employees of the Construction Bank JN Branch.Job burnout was more obvious in the dimension of personal accomplishment reduction.(2)The individual causes of job burnout of employees in Construction Bank JN Branch included their working years,marital status,educational background and personality traits.(3)The organizational causes ofjob burnout of employees in Construction Bank JN Branch included excessive workload,unclear work arrangement,imperfect salary system,lack of effective communication within the organization,excessive stringency of some rules and regulations,limited career development of employees,tense interpersonal relationship within the organization,and low sense of organizational justice.In view of the causes of job burnout of employees in JN Branch of Construction Bank,this paper put forward the following management countermeasures to solve the problem:(1)Strengthening employee care.(2)Conducting comprehensive training for employees.(3)Optimizing post settings.(4)Perfecting rules and regulations.(5)Creating a relaxed working environment.(6)Establishing effective communication channels.(7)Improving employees' justice sense of personal relations.
