Research On The Customs Process Of Foreign Trade Enterprises Based On The Risk Of Customs Inspection

The purpose of the article is mainly aimed at the current customs affairs in KR Group and actual operation status of lots of similar OEM enterprises: due to the lack of a comprehensive knowledge & fully understanding to the customs laws and policy, it causes the enterprise operation lost regulations, lack of sense for bonded goods monitor, confused management。 Even the enterprise broke the customs laws inadvertently to smuggling activities under “ignorance”, and could not take effective corrective actions to mitigate customs risk on time, as time passes, finally the enterprise has to pay high cost on customs & legal risk mitigation, or even directly facing the risk of the enterprise closed。According to the importance of customs risk management, this article analysis and dig out the existing & potential risk of customs affairs in all operation processes of OEM enterprises(KR group existing status) : starting from the consciousness, improve the corporation’s customs operation process; enhance the knowledge & understanding of customs laws, policy and bonded process; study related laws, regulations, methods, control model of the customs risk management, combined with the existing operation model in KR group, to set up one effective system to focus and solve the remaining problems, standardize and optimize customs operations in KR group。 In the future, the goal is that the established system can ensure well operating in KR group, established customs account balance systematically, KR group can fully self-check and manage & maintain the customs affairs for comprehensive customs risk management system for long term。...
