| During the past decade before2008, the rapid development of world economy and globalization of the economy, has brought unparalleled prosperity to the world shipping market. Thus, the world shipbuilding industry, which titled "comprehensive industrial crown" ushered in a rare opportunity for the development. Similarly, China’s shipbuilding and marine equipment industry has been the rapid development too. However, the2008financial crisis hit the shipping industry hard. Just a few years, the entire ship industry has experienced the situation of rainbow night. The ship matching industry, as related shipping and shipbuilding industry, also suffered a huge crisis and challenges. Today, the recovery of the entire industry and the market is still looking at no period.M company was founded in2004, specializing in ship matching equipments, its main business is to provide products and subsequent service to shipbuilding enterprise. M company was growing up in the shipping industry booming period, it has experienced the favorable opportunity from market. However, good times don’t last long, it meet the challenges while unstable, and even in vital situation. How to explore a appropriate development strategy, combined with its own characteristics and conditions, also combines with market change and trend, is a reality and urgent problems for M company. This text combines the theoretical analysis and practical research, and try to apply the enterprises’ management strategy to the actual business practice of M company. Firstly, in the paper, it is focus on the internal&external environment analyzed of M company, and then make a comprehensive analysis on the operating and development strategy of the company.
