Research On Supplier Selection In Closed-loop Supply Chain Environment

With serious environmental problems and more strong consciousness of sustainable development, more and more countries and companies increasingly pay attention to product recycling and reusing. Operation mode of CLSC(Closed-Loop-Supply-Chain) is production under these conditions, which includes forward supply chain and reverse supply chain, involving purchasing, manufacturing, sales, recycling and remanufacturing. CLSC can reduce resource consumption, to bring certain economic benefits for the enterprise and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In the market environment, there are a lot of uncertainties for operation of CLSC. Supplier plays an important role in CLSC. So, how to choose the right company as a partner and how to establish a stable cooperative relationship, is the premise and foundation of successful operation of CLSC.Aiming at the active social demand for environmental protection and sustainable development, supplier selection problem is analyzed and the evaluation index system based on full business of supplier selection is established. On the basis of the theory and method of QFD(Quality-Function-Deployment), supplier selection model based on HOQ(House-to-Quality) in CLSC is proposed. The model evaluates and selects supplier according to customer enterprise demand. Research work is demonstrated as follows:Firstly, the importance and particularity of supplier selection in CLSC is described by analyzing the meaning and characteristics of CLSC and difference between CLSC and supply chain. Supplier relationship in the environment of CLSC is researched. Then, the paper studies the process and steps for supplier selection in the environment of CLSC and main points in the application process.Secondly, the deficiency of the existing evaluation index system for supplier selection is analyzed and the construction principle of the evaluation index system is presented. Subsequently, the evaluation index system based on full business of supplier selection in the environment of CLSC is established, which can completely reflects and accesses the level and strength of suppliers. It consists of three parts: process system, management system and assistance system, and the role of each index is analyzed.Thirdly, supplier selection model based on HOQ in the environment of CLSC is proposed according to QFD theory and analysis result to common supplier selection method. The AHP method and group decision making method is used to determine demand weight of customer enterprise. And the advantages of this model are analyzed.Finally, the research results above all are applied to the actual operation of the enterprise, the feasibility and practicability of the method is verified.
