Public relations has become a function of modern enterprise’s management, and also has become an important part of corporate strategy. Public relations has been with the funds, equipment, personnel together known as the four pillars of the modern enterprise. Enterprise carry out public relations activities, is not for sales of goods or services directly, but with spreading public relations in establishing good relations with customers and other target audiences and improve the business operating environment, while the practice of corporate marketing activities also proved effectively carry out public relations activities, can offer remarkable economic and social benefits. It has been increasingly recognized that, in coordination modern organizations, in particular the relationship between businesses and the public, establish a corporate image and expand the social visibility and reputation, a good public relations is essential to enterprises to survival and development.METRO China public relations issues is the object of study in this paper. Through the analysis and dissemination of METRO China’s target audience, information and public relations strategy during different president’s management period with structured interviews, the main problems in the communication process of public relations existing in present METRO China are to be found and the coping strategies are given with public relations theory and actual situation.Positive effects could be brought to METRO China’s future plan and implementation of PR strategy, and also could help METRO China use reasonable PR strategies to adapt to China’s national conditions, to enhance their brand awareness and reputation by a multiplier effect.
