Salary management is one of the most complex parts in the enterprise human resources management, and need the profession technology. The successful or outstanding business, whose salary management often has obvious characteristic and advantage. Express the increasingly fierce market competition increases the express enterprise’s survival environment risk. This thesis takes the Hunan Suda Express Company level employees as the research object, through targeted incentive salary system design, improves employee satisfaction, to support the organization good performance, achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises, and in the new situation is important practical significance.This thesis combined with the modern trend of the development of salary management, after researching and analyzing the salary management system for grass-roots staff and the strategic management for Hunan Suda Express Company, improve the salary management system for grass-roots staff, focus at the problems such as:salary system does not match up with the development of company, couriers’ salary is not stable, salary is not completely connect with the performance, wage growth is not reasonable, poor external salary competitiveness, with the current situation of the remuneration of the courier industry, choose the salary mode of base on post performance, through the basic salary, bonuses, benefits to improve the salary management system. At the same time, through the post salary management, payroll accounting and payment management, salary budget management, salary adjustment management to design the new salary management system for Hunan Suda Express Company. Finally to ensure smooth implementation of the salary system, improve the difficulty of the implementation of the program and encounter resistance to develop an implementation process and safeguards, described the effect of remuneration improved implementation of the program to predict the main conclusions and for related the outlook of the contents of the follow-up study.These research results optimize Hunan Suda Express Company grass-roots staffs remuneration management system, prodive a theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the salary reform, advancing the grass-roots staffs working efficiency, realizing the speed of Hunan Suda Express Company artificial cost control, supporting for companies to develop strategies for landing, and strengthening the company in the express delivery industry’s competitiveness.
