For today’s increasingly competitive market environment, enterprises can be internal and external resources and other business functions in a comprehensive information management platform for the integration of information and data in order to achieve standardization, integrated system operation, business process rationalization, dynamic performance monitoring, management improvement objectives such as persistence, become an important means to win the first prize in the market. ERP system was born, is the use of today’s information age technology, enterprise management and information integration integrate, so that the original is difficult to rely on a simple manpower to complete the task in a computer software platform can be achieved. Power system as the national focus on the development and supervision of a special industry, in its technology-intensive and highly complex operation and management, how to control costs, precise scheduling, scientific forecasting, operations smooth, rational decision-making is the power companies are facing imminent problems electricity companies are very urgent need for such an ERP system to effectively improve power enterprise information management.In this paper, A power company at this stage of the ERP project needs, providing each module has been optimized to improve the management of programs that focus on the following aspects of work to do:First, the status of the enterprise to conduct a comprehensive analysis of research, specifically the production of electric power enterprise task flow, business model, corporate structure and overall methods of operation, and then on the basis of its structured design methodology, its power scheduling, production management, financial management, customer relationship management and decision support five major business process design optimization, and as a basis, the completion of enterprise ERP system structure and function modeling for the design and development of ERP system to provide sound basis.Secondly, the balanced scorecard (BSC) has been built into the ERP system to complete, then this implementation of performance evaluation process. In this paper, financial indicators, custom indicators, internal business indicators and learning and growth targets four aspects of the design and build of the corresponding evaluation index system, and broken down into three levels, to ensure that the indicators have reached the comprehensiveness, authenticity, objectivity and implement sex.Finally, in the ERP system performance evaluation index weights calculated by adding Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for a deeper analysis, at this stage for the power companies to achieve strategic objectives, to reassess and designed to achieve the objective index, constructed balanced scorecard method and AHP combination of both an ERP performance evaluation methods, as A power company provides a more objective, comprehensive, realistic and viable ERP system performance evaluation method, the application of the method to complete an A power company ERP system implementation of performance evaluation, the conclusion that analysis conclusions.
