In the era of knowledge economy,if enterprises want to produce and to maintain sustainable development, the best way is find knowledge creation, dissemination and application by management. However.the product and application of knowledge is inseparable from the highly qualified staff who grasp the knowledge-knowledgeable workers.human resources formed by these employees become the most important capital, and the most flexible, the most potential for economic growth, the most important asset. How to effectively manage knowledgeable workers, explore, exploit and develop knowledge workers’creativity and potentiality to improve the enthusiasm of knowledge workers, coordinate and stimulate its consistent, common interests of all employees to improve the way of working has become the priority of modern enterprise management. This article will introduce the idea of people-oriented management into the enterprise knowledgeable workers management mainly through the analysis of the characteristics of knowledgeable workers, with Marxism as the theoretical basis of this concept.People-oriented ideology and theory has been proposed since the1970s. It experiences decades of development and revolution and has made tremendous contribution for enterprise management. A lot of literature and research papers are mainly focused on the use of people management in business management and the construction methods of management mechanisms. However, few scholars pay attention to the management of knowledgeable workers who are under the people-oriented management.Knowledgeable workers are employees of a group of special groups. They bring advantages for improving business performance, while they also bring challenges to managers in the enterprise management activities. For knowledgeable workers, the enterprise must address its characteristics, combined with the idea of people-oriented management to build a mechanism for the management of the business people to better manage knowledgeable workers. How to establish effective staff management mechanisms under the condition of a people management, especially knowledge-based workforce management system has important implications for corporate management.This paper mainly base on Marxist humanism as the theoretical basis of the study.After a full analysis of the personality characteristics of knowledgeable workers, this paper elaborated how the business managers can build management strategies, play an active role in the corporate culture, and maximize the effectiveness of knowledgeable workers in the team with the people-oriented thinking.
