Abstract/Summary:
People-oriented management is a pattern of scientific management which places human as the core of management activities, basically aiming at facilitating self-improvement and self-development. As for most enterprises, putting the people-oriented management into the effect has become a trend in the market economy. The practice proves that the companies which attach importance to the people-oriented management. are full of vitality, or they will be spiritless. Therefore, how to establish a practical and effective people-oriented management system is an extremely urgent problem for most enterprises.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part reviews the domestic and foreign research based on the people-oriented management, and then shows the significance and the purpose of this paper. The second part exposes the basic factors, connotation, distillation, system, operational mechanism, and also elaborates the assess model of the people-oriented management. The third part introduces SHENZHEN ZHENGJINYUAN Company and its basic situation, analyzing the existing problems of this company. The fourth part designs the people-oriented management model for the company in detail, giving the perception of the people-oriented management. And the last part enumerates the research outlook.As a result, the significance of this paper is to establish a feasible people-oriented management model for SHENZHEN ZHENGJINYUAN company according to the practical situation of the company. Furthermore, the paper provides an operable people-orientedmanagement model for future reference.
