The current corporate management has entered the stage of globalization and knowledge orientation. Transfer of individual knowledge into organizational knowledge is particularly a valuable asset to enterprises. It confuses the knowledge management staff on how to efficiently carry out corporate knowledge management. Meanwhile, with the development of call industry, it becomes an important issue on how to keep the call center staff passionate, to quickly improve their overall quality. Therefore, this article focuses on transfer of the call center staff personal knowledge to organizational knowledge based on the research of call center knowledge transfer within corporate A.First of all, I have sorted key findings and theories of domestic and overseas knowledge management and knowledge transfer. On the basis of comprehensive review of domestic and overseas research results of knowledge management and knowledge transfer,I have started with the actual situation of corporate A and tried to carry out orderly analyses of corporate A’s industry environment, internal situation, knowledge management implementation, call center staff knowledge management implementation. Information is collected by editing the questionnaire, and questionnaires are pre-tested and corrected. Meanwhile, I also design interview outline to carry out face-to-face interviews with different groups of interviewees. Supplements to data that is not involved in questionnaires guarantee the effectiveness of my research results.Secondly, following the collection of corporate A’s research results, I have carried out in-depth analyses on such research results, using relevant statistical methods, combined with the actual situation of corporate A and its industry, the actual situation of domestic knowledge management. It’s summarized that the main factors that affect the transfer of corporate A’s call center personal knowledge to the organizational knowledge are knowledge transfer concepts, knowledge transfer content and knowledge transfer media. Combined with the actual situation of corporate A, it reflects:first, no clear knowledge transfer content; secondly, failure to establish knowledge transfer atmosphere; thirdly, lack of knowledge transfer platforms and mechanisms. Therefore, I have determined they are the subjects that need to improve during the transfer of call center personal knowledge to organizational knowledge within corporate A. Thirdly, learning from domestic and overseas theories of knowledge management and knowledge transfer, and referring to the best practices of domestic leaders in knowledge management, I have provided particular measures and solutions in respect of the above three subjects that need to improve, to boost the transfer of corporate A’s call center personal knowledge into organizational knowledge.Finally, I have form a conclusion and established opinions, recognizing the deficiencies and areas not yet covered; Meanwhile, I hope to continuously improve them during my future learning, research and practice.
