| This article studied the development of inland waterway transport logistics at home and abroad, analyzes the constraint conditions which restrict the development of the Qiantang river shipping and the advantages of the shipping logistics, and proposed methods to solve the constraints. The paper built a shipping integrated logistics system composed of the infrastructure construction informatization construction and integrated logistics service system implementation countermeasures. The research pointed out that the infrastructure includes High-grade waterway、High power brake locks、Modern ports and Marine equipment is an important part of integrated logistics service system build. Integrated logistics services platform construction and marine communications and information technology-based applications are the system’s technical Support. Management personnel construction、Infrastructure mechanism、Relevant policies to support the implementation of countermeasures are the safeguard. By the Qiantang river shipping comprehensive logistics system, the Qiantang river shipping logistics has a further development and lay a solid foundation for the linkage of the waterway, railway, highway. |
