Regional Logistics Integrated Information Platform Construction

At present, most of Chinese logistics information platforms are developed just for logistics enterprises. But for the public, the regional logistics information platform service is relatively lesser. With the development of the social logistics, the needs of the logistics information are increasingly and urgent. In the face of more and more logistics data, how to dig out the useful information conveniently for all the demand sides under a shared and open environment has become the key to the research. Therefore, this thesis researches the theoretical framework of building a regional integrated logistics information platform on the basis of collecting and concluding a large number of relevant data and previous research in regional integrated logistics information platform field.This thesis firstly analyzes the current relevant theory and practice mode of domestic and international. Secondly, it summarize the status quo of our country's logistics information and the problems existed in the development. And then, it finishes the construction of the function ,the module as well as configuration theory of the regional logistics integrated information platform on the basis of analyzing the correlative information demand of every demand sides. This thesis analysis the logistics information actuality and the advantageous and disadvantageous influencing factors in Lanzhou deeply. Combined with the theory framework and designing principle of the regional logistics integrated information platform, the thesis constructs the regional logistics integrated information platform for Lanzhou. And, it researches the construction, the operation mode and the evaluating mechanism of Lanzhou's regional logistics integrated information platform.This thesis has provided theoretical guidance and practice mode support for the regional logistics integrated information platform in Lanzhou. At the same time, it has certain significance to the construction of regional integrated logistics information platform, which is promoted to various cities.
