Large Food Enterprise Automation Production Equipment Management Model Research

The food industry has become one of the most important basic industry in national economy of China and it is also called the eternal sunrise industry. With industry constantly upgrading and rapid economince development in our country,food industry becme more and more large-scale and automated,The research of the automated production line equipment management that is important to guarantee the safety and stability of product quality and reduce the enterprise production cost. It is the problem of enterprise urgently needs to solve problems effectively.This article is based on the data which50automated drink production line run for a year of a food company in domestic. Analyzes impact of large-scale food enterprises automation production line equipment operating efficiency factors and find out the common problem in the current equipment management.Constructe equipment management evaluation index system.
