The rapid development of modern science and technology,the smart phones,laptops,new energy vehicles as the main representative manufacturing industry is driven flourishing,thus the domestic and international market demand for lithium batteries are greatly stimulated.According to the Chinese market research published in the online network of lithium battery development status and trends report that China has become the world's largest lithium battery manufacturing base;the second largest lithium battery producer and exporter;its production and export of lithium batteries have accounted More than 40%in the global market share.In this opportunity,manufacturers of lithium battery in order to save costs of human resources,improve product quality and production efficiency and ensure product safety and consistency,the automated logistics production line have been introduced into the lithium battery production process.The empty tray is an important transportation tool for carrying lithium batteries on the automated logistics production line of lithium battery.It has the characteristics of large circulation,large distance of transportation and large quantity,and the reasonableness of dispatching is the bottleneck restricting the whole system production efficiency.Therefore,the production process of the lithium battery automation logistics production line is as the researched object and the research of the empty tray in the process of automatic production of lithium battery is focused by this thesis and the main work in this thesis is as follows:(1)Based on the research and analysis of lithium battery automation production logistics system,the layout mode,function structure and overall layout of lithium battery automation logistics system were studied,the object of this thesis for the lithium battery production process was determined,and the research of empty pallet dispatch was prepared.(2)The problem of the empty tray scheduling in the latter part of the capacity test of lithium battery automation production line was researched selectively,with the minimum number of empty pallets in a cycle T time,and the mathematical model was established.and the numerical examples were analyzed.(3)The problem of the empty tray scheduling in the latter part of the capacity test of multi-standard lithium battery automation production line was researched selectively,with the minimum number of empty pallets in a cycle T time,and the mathematical model was established and the case study was carried out.(4)Based on the Flexsim simulation software platform,a three-dimensional simulation model of the dynamic operation of the automated logistics system was established.The simulation output data were analyzed and verified.The validity and feasibility of using the transport line cache empty tray strategy was verified.The results show that the research of this thesis presents a new idea and method for the optimization of the empty tray scheduling in lithium battery automated logistics production line.
