Research On Collaborative Procurement Of Assembly Supply Chain Under Multi-supplier Sources Strategy

With increasingly fierce competition of market, customized demand is growing gradually. Just in time, quick response, agile manufacturing have gradually become the main trends of market. Procurement activities as the core aspect of enterprise plays a vital role on whether the enterprise can quickly adapt to the market demand or not. If the risks from procurement can’t be prevented, it will be passed along the supply chain to the final customer. On the other hand, the risk will result in inefficient response to the final customer, and the customer’s satisfaction will be reduced on the same time. The particularity of Assembly supply chain makes the procurement risk has a more significant impact on the manufacture.This paper will focus on assembly supply chain, study the collaborative procurement under multi-supplier sources strategy. On the basis of the study of-multi-supplier sources strategy, this paper will explore the formation, operation and monitoring of the collaborative procurement of assembly supply chain. And then, study on mathematical model of collaborative procurement in order to find the optimized delivery date and allocation of procurement on the consideration of inventory costs and delivery delay punish of deviation from the planned delivery date, and delivery reliability, procurement costs, transportation costs and supplier management costs in order to minimize the target. Therefore, this paper could reduce suppliers’delivery times and the number of uncertain risks posed to the manufacturer on consideration of minimizing cost. Then, design algorithm for the mathematical model, and a sample to demonstrate the validity of the model. Finally, this paper will explore a performance evaluation of collaborative procurement of assembly supply chain, design reasonable performance evaluation, and develop effective incentive strategy based on the evaluation to encourage suppliers and manufacturers etc. to actively participate in collaborative procurement.
