| In order to solve the problem of collaborative supply decision for multi vendor single manufacturer assembly system under stochastic delivery time,a systematic study is made on the multi Supplier Collaborative Supply System Based on the system decision theory and the optimization modeling method.By contrast,the number of assumptions,the decision proved,the supply chain upstream supplier portfolio optimization,the multi vendor single manufacturer collaborative supply model of assembly system is established,and the optimal decision analysis is carried out,and the three settlement model is implemented,reduce the optimal plan supplier lead time and manufacturers expected cost,so as to enhance the overall efficiency of assembly system.There are many uncertain factors in the upstream supply chain,which leads to the uncertainty of delivery time.In this paper,the multi supplier collaborative supply is taken as the research object,establishing collaborative supply decision model of assembly system,and the supply chain gains and the optimal decision value are analyzed and compared with the model of assembly system decision making considering the collaborative supply.Based on the analysis of several examples,it is concluded that the multi supplier single supplier model considering collaborative supply can get better delivery time and supply chain profit than the assembly system decision model without considering the supply coordination.Construction of three settlement mode of supply model,optimization of the supplier and the settlement pattern classification,and then analyze the main body of the optimal decision,manufacturer burden of spare parts inventory and shorten the time,expect lower inventory costs.Finally,verification and analysis of the number of cases,the mode decision value and parameter influence analysis from the different modes of decision variables,multi supplier assembly decision variables of the system analysis,random delivery conditions of multi vendor assembly system to better achieve collaborative delivery to provide important basis and countermeasures. |
