This paper aims to provide reference on the development and innovation for small-and medium-sized travel agencies in China by studying and analyzing the profit model of Bao Zhong Operation Center, Xiamen International Travel Agency from a perspective of OPM strategy, with its own practice taken into account.First, the business background and the basic theory of the profit model of travel agencies are introduced. Then a summary of the profit model and the management experience of Bao Zhong Travel International Operation Center is obtained by case analysis of the business data and horizontal comparison. After that, the existing problems are pointed out and suggestions for improvement are made, offering insight for other small-and medium-sized travel agencies.The final conclusion is that the practice in Bao Zhong Travel International Operation Center, with the key part of the operation funding management, has proved its business model is not only innovative but replicable and improvable in small and medium-sized travel agencies.
