Companying with the world economy integration and information era, privateenterprises in China have developed rapidly since the beginning of the reform andopening policy30years ago,and show a strong momentum of furtherimprovement.Many of which have transformed from small workshop to diversifiedenterprise group,in which businesses are expanding constantly, the size of organizationis subsequently becoming larger and larger.How to effectively improve the ability of thegroup control and the enterprise management to fight in a more and more intensemarket competition is a serious challenge,which any group must face and solve atpresent.Performance management as an essential tool and mean of modern humanresource control plays an important role in the enterprise strategyimplementation,employee development training management and staff management,etc.though performance management has been introduced into many groups,and havemade relatively achievement,it is also easy to find that there are many problems inimplementation process.Performance management will not play an efficient role underan implementing human resources control without clear group control mode.This article takes TF group as the research object,makes solving the problems ofperformance management as the start point,then analyses the Group control, Humanresources control and performance management on the basis of related theories andmethods.This paper performs optimizations for performance management system rangefrom examination cycle, assessment model, assessment method and performanceinterview,etc. Hoping it can offer help and reference to the same types of enterprise.
