Shenzhen Regional Innovation System Construction And Evaluation Of Performance Innovation

In contemporary society, with the knowledge economy and economic globalization ac celerating, science and technology developing rapidly, in order to achieve economic growth and in the increasingly fierce international competition and achieved active status, the countr ies and regions all over the world have to strengthen the construction of the innovation syste m and improving the capacity of innovation as the most important development strategy. The regional economy plays an important role in promoting socio-economic development and ec onomic restructuring. Regional innovation system is one of the most important components of the national innovation system. National innovation must rely on regional innovation. Imp roving the capability of the regional innovation, and the construction of the regional innovati on system, is not only a fundamental guarantee of accelerating regional economic developme nt, but also important strategic initiatives of enhancing the vitality of the national innovation.As one of the youngest cities in China, Shenzhen create the world-famous "Shenzhen s peed" only with30years. Since the establishment of special economic zone, the regional inn ovation of Shenzhen provides a strong support of the social and economic development, She nzhen has provided for the development experience of other provinces and cities in regions o f the country. For the development of Shenzhen, the innovation is more important than any d omestic cities. Improvement and development of the regional innovation system is the inevit able choice in a new round of leapfrog development of Shenzhen. Against this background, s tudying the regional innovation system construction of Shenzhen and innovation performanc e evaluation has important theoretical and practical significance.This research focuses on the regional innovation system construction of Shenzhen, Sta rting from the relevant theoretical studies of regional innovation system, integrated use of lit erature, statistics and other methods, and made empirical research of the structural characteri stics and development status of Shenzhen regional innovation system construction.This pap er uses the method of the gray comprehensive evaluation, conducted a systematic evaluation and analysis of the innovation performance of Shenzhen region, the results showed that regio nal innovation of Shenzhen has certain advantages by comparing to other domestic cities, but there are still defects and deficiencies in the regional innovation system construction of She nzhen, they are:less investment, less resources and utilization, enterprise dependence, enviro nment is not an edge, the transformation capacity is inadequate, etc. For the above problems, this paper corresponds to commence on strategic thinking of the optimization of Shenzhen r egional innovation system construction, and proposed some countermeasures of the further i mprovement of Shenzhen regional innovation system.
