As an emerging social phenomenon, booming international entrepreneurship is showing an increasingly important position in the international arena. At the same time, since the nineties, western scholars put the relationship network analysis methods to introduce the study of business management field, the study based on the relationship network perspective gradually became an important trend of Management Studies. In order to figure out the international venture performance, scholars researched the characteristics of enterprise at the start-up stage and the growth stage by using a relational network analysis method. And these related studies have laid a solid foundation in this field of research.Since the1990s, an increasing number of multinational companies have come to China to set up plants which solves part of the employment problem in China, brings advanced technology and management concepts to our country and adds a new element for the development of China’s economy. However, the development of foreign-funded enterprises in China is not as smooth as our imagination. Because of the unfamiliar environment in China and a lack of resources available, the corporate performance is not significantly improved. Particularly in China, an emphasis on human relations network of national, the network of relationships is very important If someone want to get the resources required for their own development. Because the network of relationships can provide us with some of the more important information and resources needed. Similarly, terms for a foreign-funded enterprises, with a good network of relationships means having a lot of resources, and that for the development of enterprises is crucial. In order to attract the attention of foreign-funded enterprises and our government to create a good business environment, this paper examines the relationship between a network of relationships and the international venture performance from the Resource-Based View theory perspective. Firstly, this paper made a brief review and summary on these theories such as network of relationships, body of the entrepreneurial environment, resource availability and its ability to integrate, the performance of the International Venture. After summarizing these subjects, this paper clarified the relationship between the various subjects. Secondly, elaborated the specific meaning of the research object, and divided the measuring dimensions of these subjects. And then get the conceptual model of the relationship between the network of relationships and international venture performance based on the Resource Theory. Finally, according to exploring relevant theories, we sorted out the impact of the relationship between these various subjects. Against the problem we need to study, this paper gave three assumptions. We researched the sample data of369subsidiaries of multinational corporations in China through empirical analysis. The test results showed that these three assumptions in this article are true. Through the discussion of the test results we got the basic conclusion of this article. In this study, based on social network theory, resource theory and international entrepreneurship theory, we analyzed the relationship between the strength of network relationship of international venture and the enterprise performance in the Transition Period environment rapidly changing. At the same time, we studied the impact of the network of relationships, the relationship between resource availability and international entrepreneurial enterprise performance and the regulatory role of the ability to integrate resources in the relationship between resource availability and international venture performance. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1) This study constructed and validated a overall model of the strength of the network relationship between international entrepreneurial enterprises and the external environment, resource availability, the ability to integrate resources as well as international venture performance. Different from previous studies, this study emphasizes the impact to resource availability is organization network in the relationships network. And verified the impact of the different stages of the organization network of the enterprise is different;(2) In the past, the research on influence mechanism between the structure characteristics of network relationship and the enterprise usually measure the structure of network relationship with network size, network density, tie strength, centrality and structural holes. Exploring the relationship network enterprise from multiple dimension is good for testing the intersection between each dimension impact. However, due to the limitations of the research methods and other factors, the lack of cross-impact study in each dimension is still exited. At the same time, the existing research is also somewhat neglected in-depth study of the characteristics of one dimension. The Chinese community is the differential pattern, it is a behavioral patterns has differential treatment due to the relational closeness (Fei Xiaotong,1984).This pattern stressed that the Chinese self-centered to build their own network of contacts. In Chinese society such as "human society","the relationship society", the inner and outer rings of the network are different as well as the relationship between insiders and outsiders. It is worthy that pay more attention to the differences in corporate behavior caused by the differences of the proximity of the relationship and the level of trust. Therefore, in this study, we made an important dimension of the network structure of Chinese society (relationship strength) as the research object, focused on the relationship between network strength and international venture performance in such a special environment in China.
