International Entrepreneurship as an emerging social phenomenon is booming, which has become increasingly important in the international arena. While the International New Ventures committed to the international market is social development force for promoting the national or regional economic, playing an important role in the global economic integration, accelerating the innovation and development of industrial technology, and providing a large number of new jobs for the community. Therefore, the study of how to improve the performance of the International New Ventures has a very important practical significance.The 1990s, scholars theorized that social network theory affect performance, but they didn’t have much empirical study about the relationship between the network and the International New Ventures, even less empirical study of mediating variables between them. AS the International New Ventures having a short history, lacking of resources, it must face the issue of how to get necessary resources effectively. This paper takes relationship network as the independent variable, corporate performance as the dependent variable, resource acquisition as mediator, explores the relationship between the International New Ventures’ relation network, resource acquisition and performance.Based on the theoretical study of home and abroad, this paper builds the theoretical model of "relationships Network-Resources-Corporate Performance", and from the perspective of putting resource acquisition as mediating variable researches the relationship between relationship network of the International New Ventures and performance.Combined with international new venture’s special entrepreneurial environment, every variable has been divided into several dimensions:the relationship network is divided into the network size, relationship strength; resource acquisition is divided into the knowledge resource acquisition, operational resource acquisition; performance is divided into the financial performance and growth performance.Through questionnaires, this paper gets the data for statistical analysis, and uses software spss19.0 and amos17.0 to analysis the data, mainly including descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and the validity of the test, etc. The final analysis results show that: the network size and relationship strength both have a positive impact on corporate financial performance and growth performance, while the influence of relationship strength is stronger; the relationship between has a positive influence to the international new ventures knowledge resource acquisition, operational resource acquisition, network size has a positive relationship with knowledge resource acquisition, but it has little effect on operating resources; knowledge resource acquisition and operational resource acquisition both have positive effect on the international new venture’s financial performance and growth performance; resource acquisition plays a mediating role in the relationship between international new venture network and performance.This study focuses on China’s international new venture, takes full account of the relationship between the relationship network, knowledge resource and performance, and builds a theoretical model to demonstrate the view, will provide a theoretical framework and empirical basis for the international new venture in the future.
