Therefore, the study of how to improve the performance of international new ventures has a very important practical significance.Xuchang hair products export enterprises currently have more than 200 staff engaged in related industries now have more than 30 million sold in North America, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions,120 human hair, synthetic hair and wig three series. Products are exported to 120 countries and regions, is the country’s and the world’s largest hair products distributing center and export base. In 2014, the city’s exports of $ 1.44 billion hair products, an increase of 18.8% over last year, accounting for 78.8% of total exports, accounting for 55% of the country’s exports of hair products, is one of the major export commodities in Henan Province. With the intense competition in the industry in recent years, hair products, the relationship between enterprises and foreign customers and raw material procurement side has become an important aspect of business survival.
