As a small human resources services company, How Weimin Human Resource Co. Ltd can grasp market opportunities fully resulting in promoting enterprises continue to grow through formulating scientific and rational development strategy in the human resource services market with rapid development, which is essential to the enterprise’s continuous and adjective development.The paper takes Weimin Human Resource Co. Ltd as the researching subject and applies strategy management theories and tools to formulate scientific and rational development strategy for the company.
