The Study On Migrant Workers’ Retuming Home For Business To Promote Agricultural Economic Development

In recent years, migrant workers returning home business more and more, the contribution to the development of the agricultural economy is also growing. The problemabout returning migrant workers to motivate the development of agricultural economyis more and more worthy of investigation and research. But the existing research tosee, not only the number is relatively small but also analysis is more fragmented andplain. Therefore, this article is targeted to begin to design and research of the relevantissues. In this paper, a major agricultural province of Henan Province of MinquanCounty, for example, on the basis of the integrated use of the theory of labor mobility,push-pull theory, coupling theory, mechanism design theory, take the survey research,empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and other methods,this article explained along the "Introductionâ†'Theoryâ†'Empirical Analysisâ†'Paths Orientationâ†'Measures" technical route, progressive layers to expand theresearch. The paper firstly explains the empirical analysis about migrant workersreturning home business to motivate the development of the agricultural economy,and then taking a case of Minquan County, analyses problems of Minquan Countymigrant workers return home business, based on learning from the advancedexperience of domestic to built the general idea of the returning migrant workers tomotivate the development of agricultural economy. Finally, the paper puts forwardsome suggestions to motivate the development of the agricultural economy aboutmigrant worker returning home business.In this paper, not only from practice to practice, and to be innovative in thefollowing two aspects:First, the topics and research perspectives innovation. Have seen, either returningmigrant workers, or agricultural economic development, however，the two combine isalmost. This paper analys and explorate problem in a new perspective-both organicintegration of returning migrant workers and agricultural economic development.Second,countermeasures innovation. Combining empirical analysis of the specificsituation, the paper puts forward some new targeted and operability strong measures. Such as, guiding migrant workers to start their own business in the business park,asking the government to follow the example of the "High-tech Industrial Park" and"Foreign-invested Industrial Park" to establish the "migrant workers entrepreneurshipindustrial park" for the entrepreneur of the home-going local migrant workers.
