in this paper, the staff of state-owned commercial banks Chengdu City as theresearch object, using literature retrieval, questionnaire survey research methods such aspsychology, which is a quantitative method as the foundation, combined withappropriate statistical analysis techniques, to explore the relationship betweenself-efficacy, the sense of meaning of life and job burnout of three variables, especiallyself-efficacy, the sense of meaning of life impact on job burnout. Exploration of staffjob intermediary effect on the relationship between the three variables, andpsychological theory to explain its intermediary role. In-depth analysis of the impact ofself-efficacy, the meaning of life and job burnout of a line of work quality staff, and putsforward some methods to improve the job burnout of bank staff.Study on the half open-ended survey of350Chengdu city state-owned commercial bankstaff, get effective subjects a total of294, the male126, female168. The results showthat, the sense of meaning of life were significantly associated with general self-efficacypositively correlated; was significantly negatively correlated with the three dimensionsof self-efficacy and job burnout; significant negative correlation with three dimensionsof life meaning and job burnout; self-efficacy and the meaning of life can be threedimensions effectively predict job burnout; length of play significant between threedimensions of self-efficacy and job burnout and the meaning of life both effects.Through the analysis of variance, found that different length of service employees in thesense of meaning of life without significant difference; but significant, differences in thethree dimensions of job burnout. Specifically, length of lower bank employees havehigher levels of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and occupation burnout level;in the sense of self-efficacy, differences between different age the bank staff is also verysignificant, standing high staff had higher levels of self-efficacy. Study on strict supportthe hypothesis of the research, the article finally gives a prospect of defects andresearch.
