With the continuous development of the economy, the rapid customer demand, market competition becomes increasingly fierce. Since China’s accession to the WTO, the competition in the domestic market is from all directions, the financial turmoil, the market slowdown, many companies are facing varying degrees of impact. The economic globalization has accelerated the width and depth of competition at home and abroad. Market competition from a number of reasons, first, the arrival of the information age, knowledge upgrading is faster than you imagine, when you have not mastered this new knowledge, or when you do not know this new information, it has to be eliminated. Therefore, more and more enterprises will find that only has high production efficiency, good quality, even flexibility is no longer sufficient to maintain a competitive advantage in the market. Improve comprehensive core competitiveness of enterprises is increasingly becoming an inexhaustible source of power of the survival and development of enterprises.Second, the environment changes, the intensity of competition, market turmoil and diversity of customer requirements, enterprises need a comprehensive competition, a faster response to the needs of different customers, which can not only rely on technology innovation, and must rely on good corporate management personnel, market forecasts and marketing capabilities.Some enterprises in this torrent quietly rise, while some companies disappeared. Analysis of nowadays competition in the world, we can easily see that the competition now is no longer a simple comparison, but the integrated power contest. Previous enterprise specializes in progressive technological innovation used to update existing products, to defuse the rapid development of science and technology and product upgrading, but in the21st century, the usual and single way does not work. It does not help the enterprise to escape over the fate of being eliminated. In fact, these episodes almost happen every day in our side, no matter large corporate giants or the small unremarkable self-employed, will be the protagonist of the story. If you have been tied to have success, is not sufficient to obtain the brilliant tomorrow. No matter how much, if you just stay in a rut, seeking innovative, decline and was eliminated only a matter of time, so to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises is the key to the sustainability of the development.Firstly, in terms of the basic theory of traditional core competitiveness, to sort out the existing literature on the domestic and foreign, analysis, refining, summarize, and draw on the useful experience research directions and methods, which leads to the meaning and purpose of this study, and the definition of core competencies. Base on the features and connotation research, to explore the internal and external ways and build the core competitiveness of enterprises, and to explore the mainstream of today’s core competitiveness of enterprises.Secondly, the use of the SWOT analysis combine to the history of the S Electric Company and the introduction of corporate culture, summarizes the features of S Electric Co., Ltd.; using Michael Porter’s Five Forces Analysis model, also known as value chain theory on S Electric Company value chain study, analysis of existing strategic positioning of S Electric Company; based on the collected data, to analyze S Electric Company’s external environment, including the study of existing products and the competitiveness of the industry.Thirdly, internal features and external environment, combined with the S Electric Company put forward the strategic positioning of the S Electric Company, layers of analysis from S, marketing, research and development capability, management capability, personnel training, and the company’s services, refined the core competitiveness of the S Electric Company’, and summed S Electric Company the ability of different from other industries.Finally, based on the unique performance of the core competitiveness of the S Electric Company and, from the perspective of human resources and organization, technology and market, as well as architecture and funding new analysis, proposed the solutions of improving the core competitiveness of S Electric Company to further protect the company to achieve sustainable development.In this paper, per the theory and practice of dual combination on S Electric Company, the author has proposed a solution to solve the existing problems and how to protect S Electric Company to achieve sustainable development. I hope that it will provide some references for enterprises to build and enhance the core competitiveness.
