Rural Poverty Alleviation And Development Countermeasures Of Xingtai City

Since the founding of New China, the problem of rural poverty has been one of thesocial issues of common concern of our government. My Government has been to improvethe quality of the rural population, increase their income, promote rural development, afundamental solution to the "three rural" issue as a major policies. Although the work ofpoverty alleviation and development in China has made great achievements, but alsoaccumulated a considerable experience, but we should also note, the poverty in our countryis still grim. The factors of influence and restrict development in poverty-stricken areas inaddition to the history, environment, resources, external conditions, poor intrinsic quality isa very important aspect, even more fundamental."EightSeven" Poverty Alleviation Program and China Rural Poverty Alleviation andDevelopment Program (2011-2020) since the implementation of China’s rural poorpopulation decreased rapidly, the proportion of the world’s poor fell from25%to2.8%,marking China’s poverty alleviation and development work has been transferred from foodand clothing mainly to consolidate the results of food and clothing, to improve theecological environment, improve the ability of development and narrow the developmentgap between the new stage.
