Research On The Audit Of Poverty Alleviation Funds In L City

2020 is the year to ach ieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.The more difficult it is to tackle poverty,the more difficult it will be.How to implement the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" and ensure the efficient and safe use of poverty alleviation fund management is an urgent problem.Based on relevant theories,this paper analyzes how to carry out the audit of poverty alleviation funds.Firstly,the paper introduces the economic situation,poverty alleviation work and audit work of L City.On this basis,it further analyzes and points out the difficulties existing in the process of-poverty alleviation fund audit:the basis of poverty alleviation audit is n ot clear,the professional competence is insufficient,the audit matter is not perfect,the audit method is not clear,and the audit supervision effect is not obvious.In view of the above difficulties,the paper puts for ward specific countermeasures in combination with the audit project of poverty alleviation funds in L City,mainly including five aspects;clarifying the audit policy basis for poverty alleviation funds,enhancing the competency of audit team members,planning and improving the audit matters for poverty alleviation funds,determining the specific methods for poverty alleviation funds audit and focusing on the rectification of audit problems.Based on the above analysis and summary,the paper puts forward the long-term mechanism wh ich needs to be adopted to ensure the audit of poverty alleviation funds in L City,including:the first is to ensure audit independence and implement audit rectification mechanism;the second is to expan d audit talent introduction channels,strengthen audit professional training and implement "two overall plans" for audit work;the third is to build data analysis platform and cultivate big data talents;th e fourth is to establish inter department linkage mechanism and make information disclosure;the fifth is the implementation effect.According to the mature basic theory of poverty alleviation audit,this paper studies and discusses the audit project of poverty alleviation funds in L City,and summarizes the audit guarantee measures of poverty alleviation funds,which can have certain reference value for other poverty-stricken areas to carry out poverty alleviation audit,so that audit institutions can better serve the implementation of local targeted poverty alleviation policies.
