Research On The Development Model Of Dalian Global Urbanization

In recent years, more and more governments, the public began to focus on the theory of global urbanization. And there are many governments began to study the theory of global urbanization, what’s more, some governments make the combination of theory of global urbanization and urban development as the primary task. Nationally, Dalian will be the first to change the former "Greater Dalian" development model into global urbanization development model. In the early stages of paradigm shift development in Dalian, the global urbanization just was a theoretical basis for discussion. And in the "twelve-five" plan Dalian changed global urbanization from theory into practice, as a key development ideas to solve Dalian problems in the process of urbanization.Dalian global urbanization is an integrated development idea. It cannot be achieved through market mechanisms independent, or through government policies implemented independently. It can become a healthy urbanization development idea through the market-led combining with government policy guidance. Only this healthy urbanization development idea can solve the problems of urbanization process in Dalian, ensure continuous improvement of people’s living standards and make sure the industry development healthy and orderly.The topic of the main content is to study global urbanization. Then focus on how to integration the new urbanization concept into the global urbanization model. It give full play to the new urbanization core of people-oriented, and "intensive, smart, green, low carbon" character principle, to solve the problems in global urbanization of Dalian. Make sure the development of urbanization of Dalian healthier than before.This treatise contains six sections. The first section is an introduction. This section mainly introduces the research background, significance of research ideas, research methods, and reviews of research status at home and abroad. The main innovation of this paper is to combine the new urbanization of central government and Dalian global urbanization which was currently implemented. And then propose solutions to the problem at this stage of urbanization boldly. Because of the limited level, this article has many inadequacies. The second section introduces the basic concepts, to provide a theoretical basis for the text and for the article discusses the preparation work. The third part introduces the current situation of Dalian global urbanization process; the main topic is the origins of global urbanization, connotation, basic characteristics, and the development of meaning of Dalian global urbanization. It also pointed out the various problems during Dalian global urbanization. The fourth section is the focus of this treatise. It expounded the innovation policy combined the new urbanization and global urbanization systematically:Non-agricultural model innovation, Urbanization model innovation. It gives many ways to solve the problems encountered in Urbanization and provides specific implementation advice and paths. The fifth part of the paper combined with equilibrium model of the economy which was created by Professor Wang Yali gives a large amount of urbanization comments. The last part of this paper is concluding remarks. It summarizes the main research results of this article, explained the significance and the value of the research, and then prospects the future development of Dalian city status.
