Hunan Agricultural Technology Extension System Construction Under The Background Of "Two Oriented Society"

Technological innovation is the fundamental way to solve the problem of agriculture, agricultural technology extension system is to promote technological innovation achievements into practical productive forces important organization. Along with the development of Wuhan city circle and Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group is approved as a "national resource-saving and environment-friendly society (referred to as the ’two oriented society’) construction of comprehensive reform pilot area","two oriented society" construction from the strategic plan to implement. The third chapter combines the two oriented society and the two types of agriculture development, development history, present situation investigation and analysis, to the problem of agricultural extension system in Hunan public sector, the focus is on the status and problems of analysis, surveys:general survey, agricultural technology extension personnel’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment, including general survey to find problems system, job satisfaction and organizational commitment survey will play a further verify and supplement role. The fourth chapter combined with the "two oriented society" and "two types of agriculture" need to carry on the analysis to the present situation and problems of Hunan non public sector agricultural extension system. The fifth chapter based on the above analysis, put forward how to perfect the "two oriented society" background of Hunan agricultural technology promotion system construction.
