Comparative Study Of Provincial Transformation Of Economic Growth Mode

Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic development has made remarkable achievements, there was only five years from the sixth in the world ranking of total economic in2005to second in2010.Behind the rapid development, we saw that resource was over-consumed, environment was heavily polluted, provincial development was imbalanced, income gap was widening. The current mode of economic growth mode is unsustainable, the proposition of transformation of economic growth mode has become inevitable.With reviewing the study of transformation of economic growth mode, we easily find that the study has never stopped since reform and opening up, and there have been several large-scale discussions at different times, eventually the statement of "intensive growth" have been invariably chosen in face of transformation of economic growth mode. Why do the many times discussion and the same conclusion appear alternatively? So this requires analysis the meaning of transformation of economic growth mode, and this is also the starting point of this study. The main work of this paper as follows:In this paper, we summarize the studies and divide them into five major discussion., and provide theoretical guidance and ideas for studying transformation of economic growth mode.Chapter Ⅰ,the necessity of the study of transformation of economic growth mode is given and summarize the studies and divided into five major discussion, the five major discussion is not only divided by time, but also show the different focus of the studies of transformation of economic growth mode.Chapter Ⅱ,the connotation of economic growth mode is defined, the disagreement of "intensive growth" is explored, and the directions of transformation of economic growth mode is determined. To the directions as standard, the indicator system of transformation of economic growth mode is reviewed.Chapter Ⅲ,on the basis of "five major discussion", combining with current economic development characteristics, drawing lessons from past economic growth mode transformation indicator system research, to build the indicator system of transformation of economic growth mode including5first grade indices:economic growth efficiency, economic growth environment economic growth structure, economic growth targets and economic growth ideas,11second grade indices and23third grade indices.Chapter IV,to collect provincial indicator sample data and then to use efficacy coefficient method to process them. We use variation coefficient method to determine the weights of the indicators in the indicator system, and finally get provincial comprehensive evaluation score of transformation of economic growth mode.Chapter V,the conclusions of comprehensive evaluation is given, and on this basis corresponding solution and suggestion is also given.
