The updating speed of computer is faster and faster due to the rapid development of economy, which has led to peak amount of waste computers in China. People start concern themselves with the computer recycling out of the consideration about environment protection and resources conservation. Unfortunately, however, most professional recycling factories are suffering losses because of a lack of effective recycling network, while family workshops for small recycling enterprises are seriously polluting the environment in the recovery of noble metals from the computers in a non-standard way. Therefore, it has been an urgent issue to build a reasonable recycling network for the benefit of professional recycling factories.Using the relative literatures and successful experiences of computer recycling overboards for reference, this thesis analyzes the recory center location problem and the routing problem, which influence each other and are both important factors in reverse logistics system. A model is built to determine the site of recory center and reasonable transport route in order to achieve the goal of revenue maximization. In the end a numerical example is given to prove the model to be effectual to some extent. |
