The Third Party Reverse Logistics Research Of The Electronics Enterprise Based On Circular Economy

With the contradiction between the economy development and environmental protection, people realize that sustainable development is the only resolution method. After many years'research, circular economy is the best way to accomplish sustainable development.Circular economy is a new economy development model which the material is recycling. Developing circular economy includes saving natural resources, reducing consumption, comprehensive utilizating resources, constructing the environmental protection industry, establishing waste recycling network, using reprocess resources and promoting enterprises to participate in the circular economy constructed.Recycling economy in the society level is based on enterprises, which is to recycle the domestic waste product. However, the reverse-logistics is one of the ways to reuse waste products. This paper is to demonstrate how the electronics industry achieves economic cycle, by using computer manufacturers as an example to conduct a cast study. The principal innovation:①electronic reverse logistics is the best way to achieve economic cycle, which tally with the electronics industry characteristics;②the necessity of analysising enterprises'reverse logistics, to find an effective way to implement"the producers responsible systerm".③electronic waste resources reverse logistics technology will be carried out in the enterprise, e-business in order to improve reverse logistics;④According the examples of operating characteristics of enterprises to study the recycling programs, analysis the recycling use of waste computers, and to analyze its economic profit .The main structure of the paper includes four parts which are presented as follows: theoretical analysis, program research, case studies, conclusions and prospect. Chapter one and Chapter two are to analyze the theoretical basis for circular economy and reverse logistics, summerising the domestic and foreign practice and the development of the research. The circular economy has not widely carried out in the enterprises. Chapter three outlines reverse logistics can achieve the circular economy and the 3R-Principle of circular economy, followed by the analysis of the necesscity for computer manufacturers to carry out the reverse logistics. Summerise the enterprises circular economy model in terms of recycling industries regional economic model, analyses the resourses and the method. The forth and the fifth chapters will demonstrate a well-known examples of computer enterprise to conduct applied research. First, review the business service capabilities, and then analyzes the operation of the business and products on the basis of building a suitable recycling and reuse programs, and then analysis of economic, chapter fifith will analyse the economic profit on enterprise reverse logistics program, creating integer programming model, we calculate the breakeven point of the program.
