Traditionally, the company will consider pay as the company’s costs, and the company’s philosophy in the modern, remuneration also serves as an important tool for allocation of human resources. Pay system with the enterprise’s long-term development strategy linked to together with other incentives for companies to effectively motivate staff, which is conducive to promoting the development of the company to improve and increase market share goals. More and more companies recognize that market competition is ultimately a talent competition. No systematic human resource planning will make a lot of loss of human resources, but also a waste of corporate resources, therefore, emphasis on human resources is essential for enhancing the strength of enterprises, while the salary in effect which plays an important role. Effective system of remuneration in the enterprise budget under the design as much as possible to maximize the realization of corporate human resources programs, this program with the specified long-term development strategy are inseparable. Need to involve the setting of remuneration multifaceted work, therefore, this study also focused on the rational design of enterprise staff remuneration system in order to achieve the greatest value.This paper is based on the well-known results of the remuneration of management theory, the use of qualitative and quantitative methods, while in practice to domestic and foreign outstanding enterprises as the reference target, and consider JT company’s actual situation, formulate remuneration planning.In this paper, the idea is to first determine the remuneration of management development has the role and significance of the impact of the enterprise compensation design and analysis of the results of the progress of compensation design documents, and then investigate the development of the company itself JT actual situation, followed by the completion of the above work based on the design for the salary fairness, incentive effects and to explore the role of competition in the company’s actual work JT problems, and finally in the analysis of the above issues, propose to solve the above problems and suggested possible measures.
