Performance management is the central part and the key links in the human resource management.In recent years, with the overall national macro-control policies to transportation and other infrastructure industries, the scale and development pace of Jiangxi Expressway Group is increasing and quickening,the business and operating situation turn into diverse and complex. All this get Jiangxi Expressway Group in the face of enormous opportunities,also suffering a huge challenge.How to improve the quality and level of the performance management of Jiangxi Expressway Group, thereby improving group employee’s work efficiency and the overall efficiency of managenment, is currently the most realistic problems in the development of the group. Through to the Jiangxi Expressway Group investigation and analysis of the current performance management system, combining with the current highway practical research of overall performance management system, and on the basis of modern performance management theory. Explore a set of accord with Jiangxi Expressway Group characteristics and the actual performance management system, both rich academic research and discussion about performance management theory, and to promote Jiangxi Expressway Group management efficiency and economic efficiency, it has very important significance.This article through the combing and analysis of performance management theory, analyzes the Jiangxi Expressway Group’s problems and reasons in the process of performance management system and implementation. Using the modern performance management in human resources management concept and mode, by adopting the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, the depth to the Jiangxi Expressway Group’s performance management system analysis, find the problems of deep theoretical roots, a theoretical system of this research. On this basis to construct a set of more in line with the group development strategy and development of JiangXi actual performance management appraisal system, and gave the response to the possible problems in the implementation of practical operation, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
