Jiangxi Province Highway Management System Reform Research

It has been around for20years for the highway’s emergence and development in the mainland of China. Today, we’re provided convenient, efficient transport services by more than30kms’highway. It’s been playing an important role in China’s economic and social development.This thesis traces the development of the highway in our country, studies the present situation of the highway management system, analyses foreign highway management system, summarizes the existing problems of the highway management system, sums up experiences and lessons, and presents workable ideas and suggestions. The development of the highway in Jiangxi Province, has the same track with the social economic development of China. Jiangxi’s highway management mode, not only embodies the inherent development of highway construction, but also has been influenced by social development. It is of typical Chinese style. This thesis puts forward the corresponding reform plan on the analysis of Jiangxi’s highway management system. This thesis also manages to study relative to its future development, and find the way to improve the highway management system. The system of continuous improvement of China’s socialist market economy has brought a new round of highway construction hot, which proposes new requirements to financial capacity and operational level of Jiangxi’s highway. While facing great opportunities, it also faces more challenges.We should strengthen Jiangxi’s highway management system reform, establish a scientific, reasonable, effective management mechanism. It’s a necessary means to promote the healthy development of the highway and Jiangxi’s economic development.
