The labor dispatch system have developed rapidly in China since2008, especially in service industries represented by financial institutions. With the increasing number of dispatched employees and its increasing proportion in financial institutions, low job satisfaction, high turnover rate caused by low labor loyalty and low job performance have attracted more and more attention. Therefore, the effective management of dispatched employees is an important topic in human resource management.Theoretical analysis and empirical research are used in this paper, we reviewed theories related to employee involvement, employee engagement and job performance at home and abroad, then explored the correlation among employee involvement, employee engagement and job performance, and the type of employment as a moderator of this relationship. Based on the hypotheses raised in this paper, we selected dispatched employees from company A, a typical financial institution, as study samples. The format and content of the questionnaire are based on the basic information collected from employees through interviews, results of statistical analysis showed that employee involvement can improve the level of employee engagement, as well as job performance, while the type of employment in employee involvement influence on employee engagement is no regulation. Main measures to improve employee engagement and job performance are also presented at the end of the paper.
