| The industry of hoisting and conveying machinery has made greatlyprogress, driven by the rapid development of economy in China. Butaffected by economic development situation at home and abroad in recentyears, lifting transport equipment industry, as a service to the nationaleconomy in all walks of life, faces severe challenges after rapiddevelopment. As with other enterprises, TQ company, which is aspecialized lifting equipment manufacturer is also confronted with direeconomic development challenge after rapid development stage.Therefore, it is imperative to view its internal and external developmentenvironment in a systematic way, take opportunities (advantages),addressthe threat (disadvantages) and formulate the development strategy in linewith its own actual development.The paper, based on TQ company as the research object, analyzed thedeveloping strategy of the lifting transport equipment industry. Itsummarizes the key factors(strength, weakness, opportunity, threats) ofaffecting development of the company, through the use of the strategicmanagement analysis and other related theories as well as the toolssystem analysis combining with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to sort.Then the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) analysismethod be mainly used to comprehensively match its internal andexternal key environmental factors, and sum up the four of the SWOTstrategic combination. A strategic framework has been built to enhancethe effect of visualization for the company strategy. Finally to ensuresmooth implementation of the strategy, strategic implementationsafeguard measures we’re put forward. |
