Corporate culture is the deepening of the company’s "culture" concept, by all the people’s social and economic conditions through the social practice, made up of obedience values, ethics and rules. And also, it is a special management mode in the development of a company.The21st century is a century full of challenge. The competition among companies is in fact the cultural competition, and in the future corporate culture will be the first competition among companies. So it is important to one enterprise to form and apply its own core competition ability during its healthy, prosperous and long term development. An enterprise’s core competitiveness is built on the corporate culture. Without the corporate culture, the enterprise will have not its own cohesive force and have not outside competing ability. So it is very important to found the special and excellent corporate culture. There would be vital meaning for a company to construct excellent corporate culture to prompt its core competition ability and meet the world market competition.This thesis summarizes the theories of corporate culture and discusses the connotation, categories and the structure. Then it elaborates the corporate culture vital significance to enterprise. Through analysis of the questionnaire, the author diagnoses S company’s corporate culture status, and pointed out the S company’s shortcomings of corporate culture and the company’s survival and development of the future. Then it has carried on the localization analysis to S company’s corporate culture on striation, and points out the measures which tell us how to improve S company’s corporate culture construction.Hoped this thesis achievement can provide a set of effective model pattern for other enterprises to carry on corporate culture construction.
