Automobile industry in our country after nearly10years of rapid development,along with the national policy adjustment and2008years of global economic crisis,auto industry growth slowed down obviously. As a car industrial foundationaccessories industry, because in the middle of the industrial chain, the strategicsituation more difficult. Material prices, price supporting user requirements, and themarket competition is becoming increasingly intense, makes the enterprise profitability, more and more bad, auto parts industry began to enter into a new round ofrestructuring period. Hunan eton auto parts company is a has twenty years ofautomotive steel plate spring experience in the production of the professionalenterprises, in bad market environment, also faces severe challenges, how to make outproper competition strategic relationship with the survival and development ofenterprises.According to the strategic management of the four organic dynamic process:strategic analysis, strategic choice, measures formulated and strategic control forclues, to analyze and formulate put the company’s competitive strategy.In the strategic analysis stage, this paper uses pest method, from the policyenvironment, economic strength, consumer behavior and product technologydevelopment trend, and so on, to the enterprise external environment analysis,Through the five competitive forces model of industry competition pattern to carry onthe analysis, From the enterprise resources and the value chain of the company’sinternal ability is discussed. Finally based on the SWOT matrix, from the aspects ofstrength, weakness, opportunity, threat, four aspects put forward enterprise measures.In the strategic choice stage, in this paper, according to the ability of the company,combined with the potter’s three kinds of competition strategy for matching, thusdraws the hui company is suitable for using differentiation competitive strategy. Andaccording to the differentiation strategy of enterprise resource’s special demand, toput the company’s strategic feasibility evaluation. In the measures set stage, the papergive priority to enterprise management of short plate, and then implementdifferentiation strategy steps. In the strategic control stage, this article analyzes thestrategy implementation process will encounter difficulties and risks, and putsforwards some risk and solve the implementation of difficult way and solutions. This paper USES correlation theory knowledge, according to the auto partsindustry\"small, scattered, disorder and poor\" features, combined with the actualsituation of the company put to carry on the analysis, for the enterprise has formulatedspecific, workable, suitable for the development of business enterprise competitionstrategy, to ensure that the enterprise realization of the target of the management andsustainable development, and at the same time, this paper also can be used for manysmall and medium auto parts enterprises to provide reference and reference.
